Every baptized person is called to ministry.

All Christians need a Christian education which supports their faith and which prepares them to express that faith in daily life. Education for Ministry (EfM) Education for Ministry’s small, mentored communities help us understand our lives and shape our actions as we deepen our Christian faith. Through study, prayer and theological reflection, EfM enables us to discover and exercise our gifts for ministry where we live and work.

The EfM program is administered by The School of Theology at University of the South in Sewanee, Tennessee.
